Return & Refund Policy
At our pharmacy, customer safety and transparency are our highest priorities.
We follow a strict, well-defined return and refund system to ensure fairness for all customers.
1. Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned in the same condition they were delivered.
- All products must remain unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.
2. Base Price Deduction (Mandatory)
Every medicine has a base price, which is a fixed, non-refundable amount covering sourcing, handling, quality checks, and packaging.
Even if you return the product immediately upon receiving it, the base price will always be deducted.
- Blister: Base price ranges from $40 to $70
- Loose: Base price ranges from $50 to $90
The base price is deducted first, and only then the remaining balance is calculated for refunds or store credit.
3. Refund & Store Credit Options
After deducting the base price:
Option A — 80% Store Credit
You will receive 80% store credit from the remaining balance.
This credit can be used to purchase any other medicine from our pharmacy.
Option B — 50% Cash Refund
You may choose to receive a 50% cash refund from the remaining balance.
Refund Method
All refunds are issued exclusively in USDT on the BSC Network.
No other payment methods or alternatives will be provided.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns of:
- Opened or used medicine
- Damaged products
- Items not in original condition
- Products returned after the 7-day window
We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the medicine after it has been delivered to your mailbox or the provided address.
Also, we are not liable if you provide an incorrect delivery address.
5. Return Shipping
- All return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
- If the wrong product was sent due to our mistake, we will cover the return shipping.
Additionally, if the product is damaged due to shipping, you must submit a video proof within 24 hours of delivery. Upon verification, we will also cover the return shipping cost.
6. How to Start a Return

7. Final Terms
This policy is strict and non-negotiable.
No discussions or exceptions will be made beyond the rules stated above.
